Our workshop facilities are designed to facilitate all of the requirements to carry out a professional and efficient repair on hydraulic pumps and motors.

All units received into the workshop are given a unique job number and cleaned before being stripped for inspection. A detailed report is carried out and customers advised of all costs before work commences.

As part of the repair proceedure all critical components are ultrasonically cleaned and larger items washed in our Vixen degreaser and industrial washing machines.

Concave and convex cylinder barrel and valve plate faces are match lapped, and flat mating faces are lapped on our Kemet 36" lapping machine.

Units are assembled in a dedicated clean area before being transfered to one of our four test stands to ensure that the highest standards have been achieved.
